The satirical shows, that often poked fun at Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld, influenced younger voters who turned up in greatly increased numbers. Some commentators have said that the Democrats owe a huge debt of gratitude to both comedians as well as to Youtube. Now the conservative Fox News is planning a comedy show to ridicule the Democratic Party. Funny.
